Who Are We?
Provider Assistants was created in New York by a team of health care industry experienced employees who previously worked together via IPA’s, Radiology services and Provider Practices. We are a group of young, creative and passionate people who see a need for change in healthcare provider practices today. We have worked closely with Doctors in the New York area and have come to learn of the difficulties doctors are facing. Team members reside in New York, Oregon and internationally we are fortunate enough to have new offices.
Why use Provider Assistants?
Low reimbursement rates for services rendered to your patients and high administrative overhead costs to practice & function on a daily basis does not make sense. By outsourcing to an assistant the fact remains you will indeed save money and make money. Unlike other outsourcing companies we will come and meet with you in person, discuss your needs and create a service package that is customized and personalized. If you need an assistant at your office for any reason we will schedule an appointment and make ourselves available.

What do Provider Assistants do?
Our aim is to increase your reimbursements, lower your overhead costs and increase your patient base. We can work with the marketing departments within the Insurance Companies to increase your member/patient base. As a gift from provider assistants we will also create a personalized basic website for your practice just to welcome you. (Please see our ‘Services’ Tab above for more information)
